Relacart has always employed strong services to enhance our brand, providing customers with superior support and service.

Relacart provides a 12-month warranty to customers who purchase from an authorized distributor or authorized dealer, this is to guarantee that your products are fully functional and free from defects.

  • During the warranty period (make sure Relacart products are used under normal circumstances and properly maintained), all replaced components, parts or other units are borne by Relacart.
  • The limited free of charge warranty shall not apply to any of the following:

    1). Serial number has been removed or defaced;
    2). Damage resulting from the use of inappropriate voltage, power interruption, improper or inadequate maintenance, accident or force majeure beyond Relacart’s control;
    3). Service by an unauthorized service center, or damaged during transportation;
    4). Operation with faulty equipment, or modification, fails to follow operating instructions.

  • Transportation, delivery and handling charges incurred in the transport of the product to and from Relacart’s services will be borne by the customer.
  • Relacart’s authorized distributor in each country offers all service and repair issues, please contact with them directly.
